Time  waits for no one, and it's time for 'Sweet Lu' to move on ......

DC  is STILL an amazing place for Jazz music.  The last nearly 2 years has proven that fact to me.  I'll miss being here, but..... Duty calls.  So long to all of the good friends and aritsts who welcomed me as family people like Nassar Abadey, George V. Johnson, Ms Aisha Kalil, Ida M. Campbell, Sendy Brown, Davey Yarborough, Dick Smith, Jake Silverman, Charles 'Woods, Steve Walker, Percey Smith, Herman Burney, Noble Jolley and many others.  Thanks you for the experience of your greatness.
